How do I place an order?

Five steps, with one coordinator owning the enquiry from the first message to the bill of lading.

  1. 1Send your enquiry: material, format (blocks or slabs), thickness, finish, quantity and destination port.
  2. 2Receive our quotation with photos or a stock list.
  3. 3Approve the actual material by photo, video or visit.
  4. 4Confirm with a purchase order and advance payment.
  5. 5We process, pack and load; you receive loading photos and shipping documents.

What payment terms do you accept?

New buyers start on advance payment by bank transfer or on a Letter of Credit; the terms for each order are agreed with the quotation. Terms for long-standing buyers can be discussed.

Which ports do you ship from?

Mundra and Chennai. Mundra (Gujarat) serves North and West Indian stone, mainly from Rajasthan; Chennai (Tamil Nadu) serves South Indian granite.

How long does shipping take?

Approximately 15–25 days to China and Vietnam, 20–30 days to Europe and 30–45 days to the USA, depending on route and transhipment.
